ADMISSION PROCESS
ELIGIBILITY
Admissions are open from PG to Class IX & XI for session 2025-26. Minimum Age required as on 1
st
July 2025 for each class admission is as stated below.

The Prospectus and Enquiry Form can be obtained from the school office or online at www.jaipuriaschoolbansalcampus.in by paying the registration fee. The completed Registration Form must be submitted to the school office within a week. The registration fee is non-refundable.
A written assessment for children, along with an interaction with parents, is required for Grade I and above. For pre-primary admissions, an informal interaction with the parents and child on the date of the admission.
The date of the assessment/interaction and further details will be provided at the time of registration.
No change of date will be entertained. However, the school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of interaction if need be.
Parents are requested to bring the original Birth Certificate of the child (issued by the Municipal Corporation), along with self-attested photocopies of Aadhar card of both the parents. Once the admission is finalized, no changes to the date of birth will be entertained.
REQUISITE ADMISSION FORM
It is mandatory for all admissions from Grade 1 onwards to provide a certificate from the head of the school where the student is/was most recently enrolled, in order to finalize the admission.
The original copy of the Birth Certificate, along with other government-approved documents (such as AADHAR, Passport, etc.), must be produced for verification when required.
Applications for admission must be submitted on the appropriate form.
The school reserves the right to interact with both the children and their parents, if necessary, after the entrance test(s).
ADMISSION FEE
Prospectus and Registration form can be obtained from the school office by paying the requisite registration fee and completed registration form needs to be deposited at the school office within the stipulated time. The said registration fee shall be non-refundable.
RULES FOR ADMISSION
The application for admission must be submitted on the appropriate form. The school reserves the right to evaluate the child in any or all subjects.
The school reserves the right to select or reject any application. The decision of the school authorities is final with regard to the granting or refusal of admission.
Parents are requested to give advance notice of at least one month for the withdrawal of their wards. Kindly note, a fee equivalent to the tuition fee for one month will be charged for issuing the transfer certificate.
Full quarter’s school fees are chargeable for any withdrawal in the middle of a particular quarter.
Transfer of admission to any other Jaipuria School is a matter of preference and not guaranteed. Paid fees, including one-time charges, are not transferable from one branch to another, and the management reserves the right of admission.
Seats will be reserved for the weaker sections of society as per the Government RTE Act in the Nursery section, subject to and in compliance with State Government Orders when received.
